Adjustment of Status from Visa Waiver Program due to COVID-19 |

We filed an I-130 in Nov 2019. My husband arrived in mid March on the visa waiver program (from Chile) right before all of the coronavirus shutdowns. We are now thinking about applying for an adjustment of status since we are not comfortable with him flying (he has an autoimmune disease potentially making him more susceptible). My concern is the supposed 90-day rule / guideline, where it raises a red flag for someone to adjust status within 90 days of arriving. However, it seems worse and riskier to wait until his tourist visa expires in June... Any ideas if this would count as something acceptable for him to change his intent from visiting me to staying here and not be considered misrepresentation? Any advice you can offer would be most appreciated!

Hello! My fiance and I have received a case number from the NVC, and our case is currently waiting to be shipped to Santiago. Does anyone have information or a copy of the P3? We are trying to stay ahead and complete what we can while we wait. Thank you in advance!

Hello everyone, I am wondering if anybody has any information beyond what little the news is stating regarding Trump's claim to "temporarily suspend immigration into the US"...has anyone read anything or heard anything further? I'm trying to find out more details and answers and not getting much right now. I truly hope this isn't going to be in full effect or hinder those of us currently in the K1 processes. If anyone finds out details as this comes out could you please post? Crossing my fingers for all of us

I sent my I130 application to phoenix lockbox on March 9, 2020 (recieved NOA1 soon after, sent to Potomac center) and today I recieved an email from NVC and checked the status, it says approved as of April 16, 2020. Has anyone else had such a quick approval? I was expecting 7-12 months. Is this virus related...

Hi there, my fiance entered the US on February 29 and handed over his sealed medical exam results to the CPC officers upon arrival. We got married and now I'm completing his AOS I-485. According to the USCIS website, it says he doesn't need to do a medical exam again. But then I read that we have to include an I-693 as part of the AOS process. The doctor in his home country didn't give him anything other than the sealed envelope for CPC. So can we just skip including the I-693 and note somewhere in our cover letter that he submitted his medical exam/vaccination documents upon arrival? Thanks!
