Hi all your advice is greatly appreciated on this. My spouse changed his job in the month of September after we got dqed. His current annual income information is almost same as of last i1864ez we filled out , we never had joint sponsor before and now with his new job too we dont need one. So should we fill out a new i1864ez ? And bring that to interview along with paystubs from his current job ?

Hi...My sposue submitted her DS 5535 in March, 2024. Since then there have been two unsolicited updates o Sep 16 and Oct 21, 2024. Is that a good sign. Can I expect to hear something positive within the enxt couple of months?

I had picked an appointment date and went through my medical examination and gather all documents needed when I showed up at the embassy my name wasn t on their list when the security called they said I have to wait for a pack 4 email ironically I received that email the same day on the way back to my house so I tried to log back in to see when will it be for the next appointment available and it doesn t give me the option of rescheduling so I had to click on missed appointment and provide a reason why I want to reschedule. I want to know how long will it takes before the schedule button reappears? Will I have to do my medical examination again or it s good for a certain time? Is there any impact? Any help will be appreciated

I was able to pick an appointment date and go do my medical test and gathered all my documents but at the embassy they told me I had to wait for an email to be able schedule and that s why I wasn t on their list of attendees so I went back home and that same day I received an packet 4 email telling me I can pick and appointment date but the only option I have is to click missed appointment so I clicked on it explain why technically I would like to reschedule and I still cannot reschedule. Is there an amount of time before I m able to reschedule again? How long will it take before the schedule button reappears ? Will I have to do my medical examination again? Is there any other impact?
