Hi everyone! I hope you had a good day so far. I m really worried because we sent our application December 2019 and we also got our NOA1 already. On the NOA1, it states to verify information to make sure everything is correct. And all the information on the NOA1 is correct. However, they haven t cashed our check yet. And it s been over a month since they received our application. We sent it at their Lockbox Facility in Texas. We re just super worried. Any ideas what could possibly wrong? Or how long does it usually take? I appreciate it a lot. Have a great day!

Hi everyone, i am a beneficiary living in Canada, while my wife is in US. I am planning to change my address, I got my DQ around 2 months back, and now i am waiting for an interview letter. Can someone guide me how to notify the change of address? And secondly will the change of address effect anything on the application.

Good evening We are now at the NVC stage and since I have been living abroad with my husband I no longer have domicile in the US I m considering moving in with my mother temporarily to obtain domicile until my husband arrives in the US and we would continue to live there until we find a place of our own. Is this allowed? And I add that my mother is going to be our joint sponsor....also from my understanding domicile is absolutely required by interview stage but what about the address for the AOS?

Is anyone aware of if there are any official steps we need to take if the beneficiary (myself) moved after we were document qualified? The new address is the mailing address we listed in our DS260 (my parents address). We have an interview date at the consulate in less than three weeks and it's only just occurred to me that my address is no longer the original one recorded in our DS260. Thanks!!
