US Immigration from Canada

Did anyone get a Tuberculosis (TB) skin test to before the medical? And if you did, did you still need to get the chest xray? Much thanks!

Question 1: If my mailing address is the same as my current address, do I just leave the Physical Address 1 blank? Or is it safer just to put in my current address again in 12a. - 13b. on page 5?

Question 2: For question 54 on page 8, should I write a brief description about every single instance when we met in the last 2 years? Or can I just write about the most recent time? As for providing evidence, if we were to write about every meeting that happened in the past two years, would we be required to provide proof for every single meeting that we write about?

Question 3: Also, I have additional addresses and employment history I want to put in the Additional Information sections provided on the last page (13). What do I put for item number boxes for both?

Currently I have:

14a - 15b for the extra Physical Addresses

20 - 23b for the extra Employment Information

And I formatted the information on the lines like below. Is this also okay?

As a Canadian, am I allowed to visit my spouse in the US while our application is pending?

Do I need a B2 Visa? Or are Canadians exempt due to the Visa Waiver Program?

So for Manitoba, I can t figure out which birth certificate is needed. Attached is a copy of the three choices

1) birth certificate without parents names

2) birth certificates with parents names

3) copy of registration (and states this is not a birth certificate).

Attached is also what the Dept is asking for on their website.
Which do I choose?
I was thinking the copy of registration, but then when it says this is not a birth certificate throws me off.

Hello, I'm very sorry if I'm posting a question that has already been addressed! I've searched for existing topics but of course everyone's situation is different, so I'm just looking for some clarification.

My husband and I fully submitted our forms/documents (I-864, IV, civil documents) this past weekend to the NVC. My passport expires in late October of this year, and my understanding is that it needs to be valid for at least 6 months at the time of the interview. As optimistic as I am that everything goes smoothly, it's probably unrealistic to expect an interview date for April (six months before October). It's no problem for me to renew my passport, but should I do that ASAP or wait until I get an interview date? Will getting a new passport before getting an interview date conflict with the information I've already submitted to the NVC?
