I am a US citizen living in Canada with my husband and two daughters. I am petitioning for them. I submitted all required paperwork to the NVC, they came back with this (see below). How do I prove this when I've been living in Canada for 20+ years? Kelsey might not have a principal residence or be domiciled in the United States. Please submit proof of domicile.

Hi guys I m slightly confused about which birth certificate to submit to NVC I have a certified long form copy although it does not contain my parentage on it only my info. Nowhere does it specifically say what is required it only states the size of birth certificate that is accepted from Alberta. It only states that s wallet or short form are not accepted. Should I go ahead and submit my long for without my parentage or should I just wait the extra week or two and order the version with my parentage?

Hi, I was wondering if there is any specific advantage in the K-1 application process for my fiance if we were having a traditional engagement ceremony outside the US? He is currently a permanent resident of Canada and if there is any advantage we would like to have the engagement in Canada. Let me know if anyone has had a similar experience or know any information that is helpful. Thanks
