US Immigration from Canada

Hi Forum Members,

I am very new to this forum and would like to know the various stages of processing the K1 visa. I am a Canadian PR holder and my fianc has recently applied for K1 visa for me.

I currently have B2 Visitor s Visa for USA and I have even visited my fianc recently in California, does applying for K1 affect my B2 visa, can I still go and visit him on the Visitor s visa meanwhile the K1 is being processed ?

Hello! I've been thinking of starting the Naturalization process soon and the only part of the form that I anticipate having trouble with is part 9 (travel outside of the US in the last 5 years)! I never kept track of my visits to Canada. I live 3 hours from the border and my family lives in Canada, so I've traveled back and forth quite a lot. How the heck do I find out ALL of the dates I traveled?! I'm extremely worried now because I really have no clue, but the list will be pretty big if I could even remember the dates.

Any tips/advice? Thanks!

When we submitted all our documents and the 2 passport pics to the NVC it was back in November 2018. We just got our interview date for this month. Are we still able to use those 2 passport pics as the ones we bring to our interview or are they too old now (over a year old). Wondering if we need to get new ones taken?

I know criminal checks expire but I haven't read anything about the photos expiring so I wasn't sure.

Hi everyone, after I land in the US as a permanent resident, can i come back and work for my current employer? do i have to tell him that i am now resident of the US state that i landed in.

Immigrated with an I-129f, got married 3 days after entering the country, filed I-485, i-131, & I-765, & I-864 like 3 weeks later. Could anyone give me some info as to why it takes so long to receive the travel permit? It has been 5months going on 6 with no movement at all on it according to the portal.
