US Immigration from Canada

Hi All-

Trying to answer this question on DS-260 for my son, Clayton

In December 2018 Clayton was in Toronto with his dad, aunt and uncle. They tried to cross into US to eat at Cheesecake Factory (just for the day). They all had their documents to cross, except the uncle. My son had his passport, but they had to turn around because the uncle was refused entry. IS this something I need to disclose in the section:

Have you ever been refused a US visa, been refused admission to the US, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?

I filed my i751 back in February/March 2019 and to this day I had no updates. I filed divorce back in September 2019 and just received my divorce decree. I want to update uscis of my new status. My questions is: what is the address I should send my documents (copy of my divorce decree and a letter explaining my divorce)

Planning on submitting i130s today online for my spouse (Ir1) and non us citizens step children. We re all in Canada.

I m assuming since it s online we only need one passport of the petitioner and upload it twice?

And does my spouse I m sponsoring and step children need theirs now too?

New to the forum here, I've got K-1 Visa interview scheduled on 18th Wednesday at Montreal Consulate.

Haven't heard anything about a cancellation or rescheduling from them....I fly out tomorrow morning from Saskatoon.

Should I take it they are still operating as normal?

I live in Orlando, FL. I did my bio-metrics appointment in Orlando's field office. After waiting 5 or so months I just got my mail today saying that my interview is scheduled and it gives me the Tampa, FL address? How weird is that? I assume it is not a mistake on their end and I should just go and do my interview there?
