US Immigration from Canada

Hi everyone,

We just got an RFE to mail a copy of my Birth Certificate. I'm the Alien spouse, and I feel like this wasn't requested when we submitted the I-130.

Has anyone else received this type of RFE? Should I write somewhere this copy is true? Should I also send a copy of my passport, and IDs (like driver's license)?

I am moving states (in the US) for a job. My I-485, submitted January, is still "fingerprints received" status. When I change my address on USCIS, does anyone know if that will affect the timing of when my I-485 might be ready for "schedule for interview" as I am imagining they might have to send documents to my new state office.... ?

I have gotten my greencard and just curious, do I need to get a new Social Security card now or let them know I can work or?.. I only ask because it says " Valid for work only with DHS authorization" on it. Or does that not matter ?

I'm planning on moving into an apartment and I have a pending K1 petition awaiting my NOA2. Would I want to add my foreign fiance to my lease or just get the lease in my name 100% and then add my fiance when she finally gets here? I wouldn't want her to come here and then get denied and not have anywhere to stay but I also don't know if its even possible to get her on the lease or accepted before she even gets here. Any advice would be appreciated. =]

Are people who are getting their new EAD cards recently having validity for 1 year or 2 years? Just wondering with the virus if they are taking that into account for those in AOS which will obviously be delayed.
