Hello Everyone, as you all notice from my timeline i sadly got an RFE. I gave as much evidence as we could have during 2016-2018 - marriage license - lease agreements - bank statement -travel photos -affidavit letters from friend that has know me and my husband for 11 years - life insurance -tax returns with w-2 me and my husband don't have much as we lived with his mother during the first year i came here. I sent same info but with 2019-2020 and now me and my husband live back with his mom so there is no new lease and with this pandemic the DMV is closed so i cant changed my address on my drivers license till they open again, but i did send all I could again cause they said they have to receive it in the office by 05/07/20 and i sent everything off on May 2nd as when i got the letter it was in the middle of march even though they said they mailed in on feb 10th i did not get it till super late and i did let them know i changed address at usps to send it to my mother in laws home. as we all know its now may 6th and no update that they recieved my new info for RFE (I sent it on May 2nd and it reached the PO BOX on May 4th)...i am scared that even though it was reached 2 days ago that they still did not recieve it as there is no updates on the USCIS app. so i am unsure what to do. any suggestions?

Hey guys, I have filed three I-130 petitions for my spouse and two children. I received NOA-1 from Texas center with same PD. Later on, they have transferred my daughter petition to California and my spouse and son petition to Vermont center. Today my 10 years old son case has been approved. My spouse and daughter cases are still under processing. Kindly advise me best way to move forward in this situation. Is there anything I can do at USCIS in order to get my other cases approval based on this? Thanks

My fiance received his K1 visa on March 4, 2020 in Canada. He needs to move to the US by August 14, 2020 (the expiration date of his visa). I have two questions I'm wondering as we try to figure out a date to get him here. We have not been able to get him here yet for many reasons I won't get into, so please do not comment on what I "should have" done in the past. Here are my questions: - Does anyone know if we could get an extension on how long our K1 visa is valid for? Our 6 months started literally at the exact same time as the outbreak. Is there a way to delay the expiration date due to the extenuating circumstances?
- If that's not possible, then does anyone know if we could get an extension on our 90 day window to get married? If he gets here and the government is still shut down, we will not be able to get a marriage license, let alone file it after we're married. Our local government is currently not processing marriage licenses. Who would I talk to about an extension for the 90 days to get married, due to the extenuating circumstances?

Good evening Is it required to report any and all assets? Such as a Vacation Home in a foreign country? There is no mortgage. So no debt. Thanks

Once receiving DQ from NVC is there anything else to do while waiting for an interview appointment from the consulate? I m reading that they will send us packet 3 which will need to be completed before they actually schedule an appointment? Is this still the case? Because I can send everything they need in advance... not sure if this would make a difference
