Hello All, My case is similar to dragonfly2013. The only difference is that I got my Green Card while still living with my USC ex spouse. Now that we are divorced, I filed my Removal of Conditions of conditions under WAVA. The removal of conditions is still pending, am I allowed to file for citizenship at 3-year mark? If so, should I use the same website for application for citizenship as the 5-year mark? Would I be rejected based on calculation of years? Thanks for your input in advance.

Hi there, I am new to Visa journey and a bit confused on how it all works. I had a scheduled immigration interview March 27th, which got cancelled due to Covid-19. I am currently visiting my husband in the US. According to a lawyer that we asked for help legally I am allowed to visit in the US for 6months at a time, just like any other Canadian citizen. I am hoping to get my interview before August/mid September, as my husband will most likely deploy during that time and I would need to be here to look after the pets and house. Question 1: what do you guys think the possibility is for interviews being rescheduled by end June? Question 2: Odd question, but would I be allowed to dye my hair, or should I wait until after the interview?

Hi guys, I am a Canadian and have been in America for the last two months quarantining with my husband. In the beginning, I did not think this would continue this long and was expecting to be back to work in Canada by now. and the border opened up again. However, nothing seems to have changed. The land borders are still closed. I am thinking of going back to Canada now, but I am worried of not being able to re-enter USA. I would love to stay, but have counted up my past visits and it totals ~2.5 months in the last calendar year, not counting this 2 month stay so I am at 4.5 months now. I am getting very worried staying any longer would count against me during the NVC processing of our I-130 petition. I did enter using my Nexus so they do have my entry date in their system through the land border. Am I overthinking this increasingly?
