Hello, hoping someone on here can help us. We mailed off our I-485 packet last month (04/21) and received our NOA1 in the mail today. When we sent off our AOS packet, we did not know about the Advanced Parole at the time so we were waiting to receive our NOA1 so we could mail off that application. Our NOA1 receipt number begins with IOE. When I look at the mailing instructions for the I-131 under "Applicants with pending form I-485", there is no mailing option listed for IOE receipts, so we are not sure where to mail our application to.

Further down the list, there is an option for "all other applicants". Would we just mail the I-131 application to the address listed next to our state? Just want to make sure we mail it to the correct lockbox.

I tried to find an answer on the forum, however I couldn't find much information on AOS applications with IOE receipt numbers.

Anyone in Quebec recently had their police clearance done?

I finally found an office that s open and it is with IdentitieQuebec.

just wondering if anyone has any experience with them.

local RCMP will not do them and the commisionaire office in Cornwall, on and Montreal and still closed.

so I just received an email. However, I cannot open the messages.

It says; need document, police certificate and NVC feedback.

When I look at our documents they ve all been approved, and my police certificate was approved with the follow note;

This explanation has been accepted for NVC purposes. However, when you are able to obtain this document, you will need to upload this document under other/additional documents and present the original to the consular office.

does this mean I still need to wait And submit my PCC before it can be sent for an interview?

we re going to try and call but idk how long that will take..

SO my son's petition is caught up in the ban-all approved at the Montreal consulate waiting on interview F2A. He is extremely disappointed as he was planning on being here at the end of the year and have his GF from Sacramento move here with us.. We don't believe POUTUS will lift the ban soon as unemployment remains high. He is thinking about marrying his girlfriend. What do we need to know? I know it cancels out our petition. Are K1s part of the ban? They've been together about a year. They've been travelling back and forth from Houston/Sacramento before travel restrictions to be together. They will both be 19 in August but are adamant about getting married at some point. They are each other's first love. She's a USC.

What are the best options?
