We crafted a letter explaining why my husband has been temporarily in Canada and have put together about 8 documents which pertain to the letter to prove his domicile is the in the US. I'm worried if we just submit these documents with the rest of the AOS documents it will be confusing. I'm considering combining all of the files with the letter into one PDF file and submitting it that way. Has anyone done this before? and which way did they accept your documents?

Hello, My fiance submitted form I-129F on May 15th, 2020. I know that I will need to have my medical exam and my background check (from all countries I lived in) ready for the interview. My question is: 1. can I go ahead and start requesting that background check and do the medical exam or do i need to wait for a special permission from the USCIS prior to doing those? Thanks in advance for your help

I recently got married and signed the marriage certificate with my maiden name, the paperwork didn t give an option for a married name. I am in the us on a K1 visa and am looking to adjust my status, should I fill out the I485 using my maiden name or am I able to begin using my married name? If not, how can I go about changing my name before submitting my paperwork? I wasn t aware that I was able to get an ssn when I entered the country, so I didn t get one before my i94 expired. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I moved in early April and updated to my current address on the USCIS website, however I received a forwarded piece of mail from USCIS just last week intended for my old address. How long does it take for USCIS to process your CoA? I'm very confused.
