US Immigration from Canada

I am changing my address with a pending AOS. My I-140 EB2 was approved and its just the I485 I am waiting for.

When changing the address online, it asks me if I am in the US as a 1) Permanent resident 2) Visitor or 3)Other (please specify). What does someone in my situation put down for this... I am not a PR, but as I am working, I do not think I am a visitor or am I? What should I specify as.

I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I need to add a joint sponsor and a household member onto the CEAC portal, which I have done, but now its asking for a proof of domicile document that is different from their proof of citizenship. It says in Their I-184(a)s that they currently live and are employed in the US. I thought we didn't need to prove their domicile. We were ready to submit today and now this. Anybody know what we should do?

Hey! I'm getting closer to the Embassy stage and had a few questions about the Affidavit of support. Just trying to get all my ducks in a row ahead of time.

• My grandma is going to use her income instead of mine so would I be filing a joint sponsor or a co sponsor?
• Do I need to fill out an affidavit of support with her or do we only need my grandmas completed form at the interview?
• Is there a guide on joint/co sponsorship anywhere so I can show my grandma what she needs to fill out and collect?

Does anyone know if I have to take a driving test to get a PA driving licence I am moving to PA from Canada .

We filed (initiated) CR-1 on August 2018.

We are waiting for interview rescheduling.

My us citizen spouse (I m a canadian) reported income tax year 2018 and 2019.

Also reported my Canadian income, so technically I m paying tax to IRS as canadian. I don t have ssn or visa yet.

My spouse asked accountants, if we want to file together, i need to file canadian income as well?? At that time, i was accepted because don t wanna mess with IRS.

However, i asked my dual citizen friend, it doesn t make any sense.

Anyone have same thought or issues like me?

FYI In canada CRA allows only income in Canada.
