We waited 175 after filing with the CSC and got our case approved on June 11! I know a lot of people have been waiting the same time and have been frustrating with the slow process with CSC plus covid. I gave up on checking and waiting figuring it would be another two months...so hang in there!

I am a USC and have petitioned 1-130 for my daughter. Her PD date is 4Th October, 2019 and her case is still under review at USCIS. She was 15 years old at the time of case submission but she will be turning 16 in this July. Does she need to get a police clearance certificate for NVC process?

Hi. I noticed the VJ processing time for I 130 at Texas service Center for NOA1 to NOA2 is showing a delay compared to the USCIS processing times by over 1 month. Is VJ not updating their timelines?

Hello everyone, hope you are all safe. as you may know the Canadian and USA border is closed till June 21st (May have already been extended till July) but Trudeau was discussing allowing family members to travel. he has only talked about Americans travelling into Canada, but what about the other way around. If I want to see my spouse it s only possible for my to go to the USA rather than him come to Canada because of his work. does anyone know if they will be allowing Canadian family into American or is it just Americans coming to Canada? thank you!

I think it would be a good time for me to start redeeming my RRSPs gradually over the next few years. I m 62, living in the US as a Permanent Resident, and I have no Canadian sourced income. Any suggestions on maximum amounts to redeem per year that wouldn t put me in a high tax range? Thanks!
