US Immigration from Canada

Hi everyone.

I'm not 100% sure where I should post, but I am hoping I might be given some direction.

I am a Canadian Citizen living in a border town. Its a half hour drive to my boyfriends in the USA (US Citizen). Its our hope that once we've completed the Visa/Green card journey, I will continue to work in Canada. I have a job that I love, and my commute really would not change. Has anyone ever been in this situation? Is this even possible? I've seen stories about travel restrictions for honeymoons, etc., I just wonder if that would apply in this situation, or if there are any exemptions we would be able to apply for? We're leaning toward the Marriage-based Visa rather than the K-1, in the hopes that after we've married, we can continue to travel to see each other and remain working at our current jobs until I am approved to live in the US (I understand this also might be a bit more complicated once an application is in motion).

Have any Canadian citizens living in the US been able to successfully return to Canada crossing a land border for a visit during this border closure? Canadian border website says Canadian citizens and immediate family are exempt, but they are not clear about Canadian s living abroad and their family.

I am working through the forms for immigration to adjust status after marrying my USC fiance and this forum has been very helpful.

One question I am struggling to answer is Form I-765 question 27. I have read the instructions however I don't see any category for TN nonimmigrant visas. Under the title "Employment-based Nonimmigrant Categories" I see TN nonimmigrant but it's under item 1. Nonimmigrant who is personal or domestic servant of a nonimmigrant employer. I am employed as an accountant under TN nonimmigrant status so I don't see where I qualify.

Does anyone have experience or know what TN status holder would put here? EDIT: Upon further review it seems I would apply as Adjustment Applicant under section 245 C(9), does that sound accurate?

I'm biting the bullet, and about to submit my online form to start the N-400 ball rolling.

I am the GC holder, and the sole source of financial support for my spouse (the USC) here in the US.

My question is about:

We purchased a condo, for which I am the sole person on the mortgage. I did, however, put my wife on the Warranty Deed.

The question I have is this....

I have all the other documents in order, and ready to submit, except for this section.

I called our Accountant, who does our taxes every year, to find out if he can get certified copies of our income tax forms (we have filed jointly since I arrived in 2016), or copies of transcripts. I tried to get them myself, but for whatever reason, the IRS site didn't like my credit card number, or my mortgage loan number. I'm still waiting for a call back from him.

Can I submit a copy of the Warranty Deed, which has both our names on it, as proof required? I'd rather not have to send in the whole tax return, since that can make a huge file.

Your thoughts?

I can't find a blank DS-3025 form anywhere and I know it is for the vaccination records and will be needed when applying for adjustment of status.

When she goes for the medical exam for the I-693 form does the doctor already have the DS-3025 form? Will this automatically be provided to her with a copy of the I-693 or does she need to specifically ask for it?
