US Immigration from Canada

I am a us citizen , I petitioned my wife last year November 2019 (i130 & 485) . She s from canada , holding a TN Visa . Her TN visa will expire march 2021. We are waiting for interview so she can get her permanent resident but due covid there is delay in process. Can she renew her TN Visa now that petition is under process? Worried she might stop working. What the best thing to do?

I have several questions that have not been answered by NVC (not an emergency so can't email them) nor by the Montreal Consulate. Maybe someone here could help me out.

I was documentarily approved for my visa by the NVC in early June. The next step is that the NVC is working with the consulates to schedule an appointment. Here are my questions.

1. What is required for the Montreal Consulate to open? I know other US consulates are open (Jamaica, Paris...) to interview cr1/ir1 visa holders, why isn't ours yet.

2. Is the Montreal Consulate even working with NVC on scheduling or is there a huge backlog of scheduling that needs to happen when the consulate actually opens?

3. Will I be processed before Christmas? Oh dear Lord, I'm so tired of single-parenting 2 preschoolers in a small apartment in Winnipeg during a pandemic.

Ok, maybe this is more of a rant, but I'm so ready for this all to get going again.

Today I just receive the email titled "Notice Regarding Your Immigrant Case ".

However, when I logged into the CEAC system to check the update, it showed all the documents that I uploaded to NVC have been accepted, but I cannot open the "new message" session. It only has a message titled as "case docunent review note". I do not know whats going on and how can I process the next steps. Does this mean more documents are needing or they request a co-sponsor? How can U figure out my case update? Thank you so much for helping out!

Hello, my husband submitted AOS for his mother that is here visiting and had to stay longer due to the Covid 19 situation.

We just got a RFIE for birth certificate. On The copy of the birth certificate that we sent the stamp is not totally clear.

She has another copy of her birth certificate where the stamp is more legible but that was issued back in 2008.

Is this too old or that can be used?
