CR1 Visa Questions I-130A - Employment/Address History

Hello,

1) I have been trying to get assistance with this section in my I-130A application for quite some time now.

In regards to "Date to (mm/dd/yyyy)" for Address History and Employment history, what would I write/type if I CURRENTLY reside/work at a place?

I have read some people wrote "Present" and some left it blank. It is kind of stressing me out, so I would really appreciate some help here.

2) Also, if I am adding a 3rd Employer under the Additional Information section - is this how I would format it? Also I put Item #1 even though it is basically my third employer, as I was uncertain if I could make up an item number. Also, it says to sign and date each sheet. Do I have to basically just sign the corresponding sheet, which would be Page 2?

Thank you all in advance.

Divorce while in Conditional green card

I am currently 6 months past my conditional green card. We've been married for 2 years. My USC husband is filing for divorce. We are still currently living together until the end of the month. He is moving out of state. He said he fell out of love :( I am completely devastated. I came to the US on a TN visa to AOS after marriage.

I am currently gathering evidence (both of us listed as emergency contact and beneficiaries from work, joint account, car insurance, costco memberships, drivers license with the same address, documents for our dogs listed together, over 50 pictures, facebook messages, facebook posts, iMessages, leases, copies of all mails through USPS, Tmobile phone records with his number being called or calling me, VenMo records). He is also willing to give me affidavit and I have 4 other friends who knows us willing to provide affidavits. I do not know if this is too much but I wanted to make sure I have enough documents for the waiver. Our engagement was a bit to short, only 3 months! I am actually Canadian and sometimes, I just want to give it up and go back to canada.

What else do you suggest I should gather now? Can I travel with a conditional green card even with pending divorce?

Contradicting Information about CAD/USA Land Border

Hey all I just wanted to ask and see what would be best to do in this situation.

I'm asking as I have ran into an emergency and we are planning a request. I am just doing some due diligence now to know where I stand with the border.

I have read a couple times on here now that individuals have phoned the CBA and have been told K1's are now considered essential and are able to cross the land border.

I emailed the CBA 2 weeks ago and got a response and the office said no K1's are not considered essential. However they did suggest I phone the post I plan on using.

Is this just a CBA post by post thing or?

Hi Everyone!

So after 4 long months of waiting it looks like Albany Field Office is starting to reschedule interviews.

On July 10, 2020 my USCIS online updated and I was excited to see that my new interview has been scheduled. Haven t received the letter yet though, but that should be *hopefully* coming soon.

Wanted to share this to give some hope to others who are waiting.

If your field office is the same one has your interview also been scheduled?

Hi everyone, a couple days ago I saw these tweets from the Department of State. Hopefully this means the embassy in MTL can at least start giving us some more info about when they can reopen? What does everyone think? Fingers crossed!!
