Hey all I just wanted to ask and see what would be best to do in this situation. I'm asking as I have ran into an emergency and we are planning a request. I am just doing some due diligence now to know where I stand with the border. I have read a couple times on here now that individuals have phoned the CBA and have been told K1's are now considered essential and are able to cross the land border. I emailed the CBA 2 weeks ago and got a response and the office said no K1's are not considered essential. However they did suggest I phone the post I plan on using. Is this just a CBA post by post thing or?

Hi Everyone! So after 4 long months of waiting it looks like Albany Field Office is starting to reschedule interviews. On July 10, 2020 my USCIS online updated and I was excited to see that my new interview has been scheduled. Haven t received the letter yet though, but that should be *hopefully* coming soon. Wanted to share this to give some hope to others who are waiting. If your field office is the same one has your interview also been scheduled?

Hi guys, https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-7-part-b-chapter-6 This states that US citizens immediate relatives are not barred from adjusting their status even if they are unauthorized to work! I am a Canadian spouse of a US citizen who is in the US currently thinking of adjustment of status. I am currently working from home during this whole covid fiasco. I would like to adjust my status and continue to work from home. I am currently on a 6 month tourist visa that Canadians are able to use. Is it possible that I will not be barred as I am an immediate relative of a USC and continue to work from my Canadian employer? Also as an FYI we are at the interview stage for our I-130 and now switching course due the new circumstances. I was going to call a lawyer on Thursday but if someone can say with austerity, I can save some of my money!! thank you

Hey, I'm Canadian and my husband is American. We got married 2 years ago, and we are waiting for an Interview appointment in Montreal -CR1. I would like to know: if I can visit him and stayed for 4 weeks over the lockdown; what documents I should be present to CBP; is there any Canadian spouse who have entered the USA since all the restrictions were placed on. Other words, I will be allowed to travel or not. Please, let me know your advices. Thx
