US Immigration from Canada

Has everyone watched the Montreal embassy Q and A? I was so confused by their interpretation of the 25% rule they listed as the reason why they can t have their staff return to work.
They posted a link regarding this and apparently the Quebec government is recommending no more than 25% of staff return to work but this is assuming it s possible for people to work from home.
Can anyone clarify ?

Part 3 asks when I am intending to depart, expects dlength of trip.. however I don t have any trips planned. Do I leave this blank?

part 4 asks for the purpose of the trip.. again I don t have any tips planned (I would only be going back home to Canada when possible)

part 7 how many trips do I intend to use with the document. Again I have nothing planned.

Am I only supposed to apply for advanced parole if I have a trip back home planned? I will want to visit home when I can but I have nothing planned. Maybe I am confused with this document.

A few questions: What version of the criminal record check is the right one? I see some people have an RCMP one, and some have local. I am from Saskatchewan, so I have the local Saskatoon police one. If it is the RCMP one, how do you obtain that?

I was meant to have an interview back in March, so my police record was from January, if they rescheduled my interview this year (lol, maybe), would that January police record be valid? Or should I get a new one?

I submitted passport photos with my glasses on. I can t believe I made this rookie mistake!! Anyway know if the package is rejected how long it will take to come back to me? I ve heard 2 months?

We received our receipt notice however I am unable to open it. I keep getting the message there is no application set to open the document

anyone have this issue? Will this be mailed to us? If so when should we be expecting it? And is this receipt notice considered the I-797?
