US Immigration from Canada

Hi all,

I'm filing out my N400 online as a spouse of a US citizen - so I've been in the US since 02/25/2017. On the online form it asks for travel history for 5 years, even though for my case it'll only count as 3 years. Should I continue to fill this out normally for the 5 years, even though it'll show that I've been out of the US for a high amount of days (due to the fact that I didn't move here until 02/25/2017)

As I am reading the guides of AOS I have a few questions.

1. What is the evidence: inspection and admission or inspection and parole?

2. Form I-797 is the petition approval (I-130)?

3. What is evidence of continuously maintaining lawful status since arrived in the US

4. Am I filing forms I-944 and I-864 aswell?

Hi all,

My EAD/AP combo card expires in the end of October this year while my AOS is still pending.

After reading several threads and USCIS's guideline,

it seems that 2 passport photos are needed for both EAD and AP renewal.

Does it mean that I have to send 4 passport pictures for total? or just 2 pictures will be fine?

My fianc and I are in the middle of our K1 visa (case has been at Nvc since April). He s finally coming to see me after we last saw each other in March and we re so excited. We re so scared though that he s gonna get turned down at the border because of our pending case and coronavirus. He s visited in March for one week with no problems Other than a few more questions from CBP than usual but this time he s Visiting for three weeks. How has everyone s experience been lately?

So I m curious. My case has been at the NVC since early April. The State Department gave permission to start phased reopening for embassies over a month ago now But I ve only seen a few embassies actually start processing K1s, such As New Zealand, Jordan, Bolivia, and Taiwan. Are there any other countries I m missing that started? I ve also heard that Jordan later removed the k1 visa processing after they put it initially. So what s going on? Are there ANY countries that are actually processing?
