Hi, I looked on VJ and it was not clear to us on how to fill the I864 form in Part 6, with the 24.a, 24.b, 24.c items (page 5). I'm a the immigrant and my wife is the sponsor, we are living together in Canada. We are planning on only using my assets that we will list in the form and we will upload bank statements as supporting documents. Even if my wife was not required to fill her US taxes, she did it for the past 4 years: 1/ Since we will put 0 for current income, do we still have to fill the 3 last tax years boxes ? (we have these numbers on the 1040s) 2/ We have the 1040s, do we have to upload them on CEAC ? 3/ My wife does not have any W2 since she is working in Canada, is that ok to only upload 1040s ? Thanks

Anyone have any news regarding the lawsuit filed by the AILA against Trump and Pompeo? I think it was heading to court on 8/27. They are suing to reinstate processing of all categories. Thanks

I m trying to keep track of the progress of my case, but Buffalo, NY does not seem to be the most popular service center to gather information. Is anyone else filing from the buffalo area (or who thinks buffalo might be their asc)? i have my timeline on my profile but I ll share it here as well: Application Sent(i485, i765, i131) July 18 Application Received July 22 NOA1 (not yet received, but I was told by customer service that they were mailed as of August 12)

My fianc is flying into the US through Toronto Pearson and I am terrified he will get turned away. We ve applied for the K1 and havent seen each other in six months but I ve heard stories of Canadians getting turned away because of non essential travel reasons at the airport even though they re flying. He s bringing plenty of proof of ties to Canada including his phone bill, credit card statements, car insurance and loan forms, And return ticket but since he s self employed and living with his parents I m more scared he ll get turned away since he won t have an employer letter. Can someone reassure me that non essential flying is still allowed from Canada to the US?

Hey guys! My Fiance wants to come visit me from Canada on October 23rd. We got a round trip ticket from October 23rd - March 27th, around 5 months. She has a letter from her employer saying she's on vacation and will return to work on March 29th. She is also going to bring a screenshot of her bank balance so there's proof she can support herself while visiting. What are the chances she will be denied entry by the border agents? Is there anything else she can do to help her case? She doesn't have a home mortgage or any vehicle loans or anything like that.
