We are nearly ready to file our adjustment of status, I am just finalizing the I-944 and I had a few questions regarding supporting evidence. Any help would be much appreciated.

1. I included only the first page of my investment brokerage account which shows the assets I own and provides a summary of the monthly transactions. I excluded the remaining 17+ pages which show the monthly activity and summarize my holdings. Do you see any issues with this?
   
2. For my bank statements, I excluded the pages that were either blank or contained news about the bank so not related to statements, etc. As a result, the statements may have 6 pages but I only included 4-5 relevant pages. Any issues with this?
   
3. For my 401K, I only included the last month. Do I need to include all 12 months? Instructions don't require it, they only require it for checking/savings.

Canadians generally agree that immigration is positive for long-term economic recovery but want to see family members given the priority for immigration.

Coronavirus has slashed immigration numbers, especially in family-class sponsorship and refugee resettlement. Family sponsorship was down 78 per cent in the second quarter of 2020 compared to the same period last year. Refugee levels were the hardest hit, down 85 per cent, and economic-class immigration was down 52 per cent.

About 36 per cent of the respondents in a recent survey by the Association of Canadian Studies said that the family members of people already in Canada should be given priority in 2020. In 2016, that figure was only 30 per cent.

My Usa passport has still not arrived and they have my naturalization certificate and marriage certificate.

A friend is dying in CANADA and I will need to quarantine for 2 weeks and hopefully I can still see her.

Can i still cross back into the usa using photo copies. Or can I use my Canadian passport.

We are about to submit our paperwork... Adjustment of status based on marriage... Not k1. Came here on tourist, then married. Filing concurrently I130, I485, I131, I765.

The only question I have left is about biometrics.... I thought this was not required yet, but a read a few things lately making me question that. Is it required now? Or do I get a letter request asking for it?

And if it is required now, I assume it's just once not for all three (I485, I131, I764)???
