Is there an additional fee after we paid the CEAC fees? (Affidavit and IV Application)? After reading the interview prep guide in their website it indicated there's an immigrant fee. I thought that's what the $325 fee was when we had to submit those before the civil documents? Is this another fee we'll have to pay provided we get approved? These fees are adding up Boundless was supposed to give us the breakdown but they didn't give us that fee!

Hello good people. I submitted the packed for the removal of conditions a week before going on a month long trip abroad. Upon return I went through my mail and realized I missed the appointment. From my research, doing a walk in is a good option but the office they assigned to me is far and I'm going to be this week in NYC and want to try walk in there. Does anyone know if you can go to the ASC that you were not assigned as your ASC or should I only do a walk in in the office I was assigned?

Little bit of an odd question and I can't find an answer. When I did my long visit to my husband back in 2022 before we were married, I was held for questioning, got fingerprinted and eventually the officer was extremely kind and let me go after stamping my passport and told me I had to be back before said date passed. Problem is, I don't have that passport anymore since the Canadian government takes them back when you get a new one (now with married name) so I don't know what it said. Do I have to declare this on my DS-260 as a previous visa? Since technically it was just done at the Canadain-US land border crossing? Bonus question: My I94 doesn't reflect another stay I did, do I skip that one and add the following? It was only a 4 day visit in 2023 but I noticed it isn't reflected on my current travel records.

Hello group, I have a question about the criminal record document that we need to bring to the interview. They ask that people over 16 years old have to present this document, but here in Canada they only issue this record to people over 18 years old. Has anyone already done the interview and been asked about this?

My case was approved on Aug 24,2024 and sent to NVC August 29th,2024 I am confused on what will be on part 3 of form I-864. Especially Part3 # 2 that says " name of children(family members immigrating with me now or within 6 months " Thanks.
