I can't find a blank DS-3025 form anywhere and I know it is for the vaccination records and will be needed when applying for adjustment of status. When she goes for the medical exam for the I-693 form does the doctor already have the DS-3025 form? Will this automatically be provided to her with a copy of the I-693 or does she need to specifically ask for it?

Hi everyone, even though the Montreal embassy has not yet reopened, my fianc and I are starting to prepare documents for the interview since we ve received our NVC case number. I know that for the interview we have to provide Form I-134 and supporting financial documents for the K1 visa. The issue is - I graduated university in 2019 and didn t start my job until September 2019. I didn t have to file before 2018 and I only have 2018 and 2019 tax returns. In my 2018 return, I obviously don t make enough since I was still a student but I made about $24000 in my 2019 tax return (even though my actual salary is almost triple that), and which is about $3k more than what is required for the fianc visa income requirements. However, there was an issue in filing my taxes this year due to Covid and therefore my tax refund and therefore tax transcript is still processing with the IRS. I already have my 2019 tax return that shows that I made $24k in 2019, but will this, along with My paystubs and offer letter showing my Actual annual salary be enough for the interview? Or should I wait for my 2019 transcript too? Thanks

My fianc received the letter notice to say our I-129F petition was approved & that NVC was now forwarding the petition to the U.S Embassy in Montreal, Canada. It was approved on March 17th, however with everything going on due to COVID-19 I'm not sure what my next steps are. I hadn't received any further information nor a visa interview date at that point. What should my next steps be? Is it just a matter of waiting for notice of interview date & further details on how to schedule my medical exam etc?

Sorry, these questions are probably asked to death but i did do a search before asking. This is for the I-129F. 1. We've been together for 5 years and I'm just wondering do I focus on gathering boarding passes, itineraries etc for the past 2 years only? Just because we've done a lot of traveling the first 2 years of dating and not so much the last 3 years. Also, a lot of them in the last 2 years were more like weekend visits...so I have boarding passes of me flying over there (to new york) alone / him flying here (canada) alone. Is this even helpful to have these "solo" boarding passes? It doesn't really prove we spent time together does it? 2. Would it be helpful to include any boarding passes/hotel receipts from before 2 year mark, just to show when we met? Or anything earlier than 2 years will be completely ignored? 3. This is just to confirm that we can send in passport photos (as long as it meets the measurements etc) without having the back dated/signed from place where you got them? I have to take them in Canada, and mail it to my fiance but he's in the middle of a move. If i dont' have to get it stamp dated, that would put me at ease (that we wouldn't have to retake it in case we go over the 30day mark by a day or two). Thank you everyone in advance :)

Hey guys! My grandma is going to be my cosponsor and she is married with my grandpa. they file their taxes together and are both retired. Can she just submit her information on the I-134 and provide a copy of the jointly filed tax return? Since they're both retired she has no paystubs or letter of employment. Thanks in advance!
