US Immigration from Cambodia

Is USCIC still waiving biometrics appointments for removal of conditions and is that the norm rather than the exception for applicants who previously submitted biometrics with their I-485 applications?

We submitted my wife's I-751 over a month ago and got notice that USCIS has received it but no notice yet as to biometrics. Planning on moving in a few weeks and submitting a change of address and hoping we don't get a biometrics appointment in the meantime.

I got refused of obtaining under 212(a)(6)(c) material misrepresentation for Fx1 visa 3-4 years ago. The officer told me that it was my dad s side fault. Will it somehow affect the DV lottery interview if by any chance I get selected?

My wife was approved for an immigrant US visa on August 9, 2022, but her visa was later revoked on September 6, 2022 by the consular office in Cambodia. The reason my daughter failed her immigrant visa interview on August 19, 2022 due to her potential of becoming a public charge once settles in the United States. What is my wife's next step? Can she apply for the K3 or another non-immigrant visa right after this while I am as the petitioner challenging the revocation decision?
