Submitting ALL pages of passport for 129?

I ll be using my passport instead of my birth certificate because I m abroad and do not have the BC with me. The 129 instructions say to include a copy of your valid, unexpired U.S. passport as one of the identification items. That could mean a copy of the ID page or a copy of the entire thing. The VJ guide says to include ALL pages of the passport.

Does this mean I copy every single page even if it s blank? I planned to scan it and arrange 2 actual-size images of the pages onto each sheet of paper. That s 28 butterflyed passport pages, including the outside cover, which will produce 14 - 8.5x11 sheets of paper. If I do this, I could reduce it to 7 sheets of paper by printing on both sides. Any suggestions?

Hi all!

My husband is filling out an I-9 for employment verification and using his Green Card as his document for employment. We know where to find his A number, of course, but the form also says "Documber Number." Does anyone know what that means? Thanks all!

The I134 says that USCIS may require me to appear for an appointment to take my biometrics . How common is this for either the I134 or the I864? I don t have a problem with it, I just need to let my joint sponsor know that it s a possibility.

Too much evidence a bad thing in initial filing?

There seems to be 2 schools of thought on this, with some posters giving answers supporting the VJ Petition Guide and some answers contradicting it. Some of you say to provide as much evidence as possible to avoid RFEs or adjudicator doubt and some say to only provide what is asked for and hope for the best. Personally, I d tend to err on the side of caution and provide overwhelming evidence initially.

I m a USC and my fianc is Cambodian. We have been living together for 8 months in Cambodia and by the time I return to the US in April it will be 1 year. We ve taken several trips within Cambodia and have traveled to 3 other countries together within the last year. I have a certificate of residence, 1 year visa(with entry/exit stamps showing a long presence here), work permit, driver s license, receipts and certificate from a language school I attended, a couple s gym membership, lots of photos of us in Cambodia and abroad, and receipts from our trips(tickets, accommodations, visa stamps, etc.). From my perspective, I have overwhelming evidence that we exceed the meeting requirements. The rest of it is just proof of a normal relationship. I m a bit ocd with organization so I plan to organize all of this into an easy to read and comprehensive file. I don t want any RFEs and I want the IO to be satisfied that this is legit before we get to the interview. However, I ve seen a few posts that say too much info is a bad thing. What s the best way to do this - more info or less info?

We are American/ Cambodian couple applying for a Fianc e Marriage visa. She overstayed one. Day on a tourist trip to Thailand years ago. We wondered if anyone had any idea if something minor like that would be ground for automatic rejection or cause significant problems and if so if there is an appeal process. Sorry if this has been asked before. Cambodians in general do not seem to be welcome in many countries and we find most will go out of their way to make it difficult. Thanks in advance.
