US Immigration from Cambodia

My wife just got her EAD card. We are waiting for a new AoS interview for her green card.

Can we lock her passport in the safe now and just use her EAD card for all purposes for which she would need ID in everyday American life, like buying booze, flying domestically, entering secure government buildings, visiting a doctor, cashing a check, etc.?

With the EAD card, she's now eligible to get a state ID in Nevada. Is there any benefit to doing so?

After several years and not being able to get a SSN for my step daughter (K2 green card holder, minor), my wife has a bunch of her friends telling her that we should have gotten an SSN for our daughter during the visa process. I never saw such an option on the K2 application. Every time I asked the SSN administration they said she was ineligible. Now a lawyer tells my wife it's possible and should be done. I want to know if anyone with a K1 spouse (still holding a green card) has K2 children with SSNs. If yes, how was this accomplished?

Speaking strictly regarding my petition and paperwork with USCIS.

I need advice on what to do with my spouse when he has to summit his I-751 ROC form. We are a same sex couple. He came to USA with K1 visa. We got married, he received his 2 years probation green card. This green card expires in January 2021. The past 6 months, our marriage has been very strained. We have not been intimate for many months. He won t let me touch his phone. I know he s hiding things from me. One time I was able to catch a suspicious text before he deleted it. I suspect he s staying with me until he gets his new green card and then he will leave me. I don t have any money to go through a divorce. My question is what are my options? What can I do to prevent him from getting his ROC approved?

I have had my flights from Phnom Penh to Houston, TX cancelled twice because of COVID-19. But the crazy part is when I look for another flight I still see the ones they cancelled as if those flights are still valid. Does anyone know for sure (like personally know someone) who has flown from Cambodia to the US? Because I see flights all day online but that does not mean people are actually flying here.
