US Immigration from Bulgaria

Hello Guys. Thank you all for the information you provided. We are doing I 944 right now and on the instruction for it says that we need to provide IRS tax transcript. We tried so many times to get it online and the system can not verify me even I provided everything that was needed. I called IRS and they told me that at the moment there is no other way to get the transcript but online. So do you think its okay If we send the documents without the requested transcript ( we can send 1040 and W2 )? And my second question is about the education part. Which education evaluation services are the fastest ? Thank you!

I just check in the USCIS website and there is no info for K1 visa. Is that means they are not process at the moment K1 just K3/4?

Hello everybody, I would first like the start off by saying I'm not familiar at all with the visa process. My fiance and I had been dating for a year. She came on a j1 work and travel (for 4 summers). We met last summer. She left and we were apart for 4 months. She applied for a visitor visa in Bulgaria and it got approved for 6 months. She has been here for 4 months now and I decided to propose and then we shortly got married after. What steps must I take now?

Hello everyone. So happy that I found this forum.

I am Bulgarian and came to the US for five months on J-1 visa in 2012. Then, I came back again in 2013 for another 5 months. I moved to the UK for couple of year and graduated law school over there. In 2017, I came to the US again on F-1 visa to do my LLM (masters in law). I completed the masters but then decided to transfer and do the full J.D. degree which I will be graduating in January 2021.

On February 14,2020 my boyfriend (USC) and I got married. I am so glad we did that and had lovely intimate 50 people wedding with our friends, colleagues and families before all the Covid-19 madness started. I have been compiling all documents the last two months and next week will be filing for AOS. Wish me luck!

Hello everyone!

1. I mailed my AOS paperwork on 10/05/19

2. I got mail with NOA on 11/01/19 saying they have received my documents, the biometrics fee and they are working on my case

3. I received a RFE on 12/07/19 saying I have a missing Medical Examination (we didn't sent it because I wanted to file my petition before my DOS2019 expired and the lab results were delaying a bit so we thought we will just bring the medicals at the interview date)

The letter said:

- If i receive a mail with visa interview date, to bring the medicals then, or

- if my case doesn't require me to have an interview, they will send me a letter with instructions when and where to mail my medical examination.

Now the questions here are:

- in this RFE I have only 1 stated issue with my petition - the missing medicals. Does that mean everything else on my application is all good and it's just the medicals? Or should I still worry and hope everything else (sponsors, etc) is all good?

- is it normal to receive RFE before I have even received a date for biometrics?
