Can someone who has 2 year green card and is in the process of inquiring the 10 year one be a joint sponsor?

Hi Everyone,

So I received an RFE for my I-751 and I started working on it. My deadline to sent the RFE is May 15th. My extension letter is still valid until September this year. My dad got sick and is in the hospital, so I was thinking of going to visit him for a couple of weeks before I submit my response to USCIS since my letter is still valid. I am concerned if I am going to have some issues coming back to US. Did anyone had the same situation ?

So here is my situation. I applied for I-751 while I was still married to my ex husband. Later on, we got divorced while my I-751 was pending. I notified USCIS about the change and sent the divorce decree. I haven t hear anything from USCIS for over a year after that. Today I got a letter for RFE, that I didn t submit enough evidence that we entered the marriage in a good faith and USCIS is asking for more evidences. The problem is, I don t have any other evidences besides the ones that I already sent while I was still with my ex. I only have some pictures from some places that we went while we were still together before divorce. I am planning on sending the same letter I already sent to notify USCIS about my situation and divorce decree.

Here is my question, can USCIS deny my petition without interview? I spoke to my ex and he told me that he is willing to come with me for an interview if they schedule one for me.
If everyone had the same situation, please share.

Hi everyone,

I have my conditional green card that s been expired and my I-751 is pending. I moved to the US on K1 visa but in the meantime I got divorced while my I-751 is pending and of course I notified USCIS about that.

Anyway,my father wants to apply for a tourist visa this summer to visit me, and I am little concerned if he might be denied because of my status.

Did everyone have had this situation?
