US Immigration from Bosnia-Herzegovina

For example: Item 51a. and 51b. I have never left the state that I live now after I turned 18 so I only include UT and United States in 50a. and 50b. Should I just leave the "state" field in 51a. blank? or handwrite a little N/A there as well.

Also, for the A-numbers and non-applicable social security number spaces on the form, do I just leave those empty as well or am I supposed to write something (I only included my own social security number)

I have never seen it on USCIS's list of required documents on the K1 visa interview yet I see a lot of people saying that they are having trouble finding the said certificate. My fiance is from Bosnia and Herzegovina and doesn't have a criminal record. Does he need to obtain this "police certificate" before his interview? And where can he obtain it?

I am filling out an I-134 affidavit for my fiance and I am down at the section of any previous affidavits which I filed for my ex spouse. I also am going to include the date of his I-130 for the visa petitions filed in the next section (it asks for any petitions filed in the past and the date that they were filed)

Would the date for the affidavit be listed as the I-130 or the I-485? Its been so long now that I can't recall which paperwork I included the I-864 with; but I know that I was following the required paperwork's checklist down to a tee when I was doing it.

I think I got the general gist of it but is there anything that I can do to improve it?

To Whom it May Concern,
My name is Erin ******** and I am petitioning for my wonderful Fiance Branislav ************ to come live with me in the United States so we can get married. We intend to get married within the 90 days that he is admitted to the United States.
Branislav and I first met on a music group on Facebook in 2011. He was on my friends list for quite some time and we were acquaintances/on a friendly basis for many years after that. We got to be better friends at the end of 2017 and in late 2018 we became more. I decided that I would go and visit him and meet him in person at the end of November into December 2018.
When I landed he was there waiting for me in Zagreb (with chocolates in hand) and I was head over heels instantly. We commenced to have a beautiful two weeks together spending some time in Zagreb at an airbnb for the first half and then staying at his childhood home in ******** for the other half. His family was so sweet and I have grown so attached!
I went over again at the end of April and into May 2019 where I attended a traditional family feast with him and his family and we all as well celebrated my birthday together. We also had a weekend away in an Airbnb in Banja Luka.
My third trip was in the end of July to August 2019 where I came to attend his brothers wedding with him on the 4th of August. We stayed at his childhood home and attended the wedding and when the time came for the bride to throw the bouquet at the church; she instead turned around and handed me the bouquet and motioned for me to turn around. When I turned around I saw Branislav down on one knee. I said yes and can say that that was one of the most wonderful moments of my life!
I returned again on December 12th and had a wonderful month with Branislav and his family celebrating Christmas on the 25th, New Year, and Orthodox Christmas on January 7th. It was such a beautiful time!

Do you think that this would be sufficient or is there something that I should add in there? I would love some opinions!

I am starting to feel like I am posting excessively but I am eager to finish my paperwork and can use all the help I can get!

First: The only mention of any previous petition on this form is on page 4, part 1, items 43 through 47. The question 43 asks: "Have you ever filed Form I-129F for any other beneficiary?"
The answer is no; HOWEVER, I filed an I-130 (spouse petition) for my ex-husband when I was married to him.

Second: It goes on to say "If you answered 'Yes' to Item number 43., provide the responses to Item Number 44. - 46. for each previous beneficiary," which obviously I'm not going to fill out because I didn't answer 'yes'

Third: I was wondering if I should include the information (his A number, type of visa petition filed [I-130], and the date filed) on the Part 8. Additional Information referencing Page 3, Part 1, Item 37?
