I know that it is a requirement in some places. I have this document on the behalf of my fiance (he can obtain another one) in case I need it in the future. Would he need to get another copy of this document from the clerk to bring to his interview when it comes time? Or do I need to get the one I have translated and send it in with the I-129F form? or both?

I-134, qualifying sponsor - I hope

So I ran the #'s on my w-2s from the previous three years and they are as such on the annual poverty level percentage: Last year 244%, 2018 152%, and 2017 133%. This is accounting my household size as 3.

I realize that I easily qualify for sponsorship when it comes to the amount on my w2s but I know that they are going to look at my current situation and it's making me nervous.

1.) Much of last year's income was overtime pay. I easily worked between 60-80 hours every week all of last year. I am not working the same hours until I send my I-129F form which my own personal deadline to send it is February 1st. Once I send it in I'm going to go back to working my regular hefty hours (which I like, it keeps me busy). Is it going to affect how they look at my income when they realize that a grand majority of my income comes out of my working overtime hours?

2.) I pay half of the mortgage according to my divorce decree; I do not pay utilities. I am currently living in a basement apartment owned by my mother/step-father free of charge and they have offered for my fiance to live here as well until I sell my home in July of this year. I pay $770 for my share of the mortgage; this is included in the copy of the divorce decree I plan to include. I also owe just under $4k ($198/mo) for my vehicle and insurance for it but that is pretty much all the bills that I have. Will this be enough of a deficit for them to ask for me to have a co-sponsor?

3.) My household size is technically three because of my ex. I sponsored my ex; so he is technically a part of my 'household.' However, he is self-sufficient with a good work ethic and makes a marked amount more than I do for income and has never used public aid of any kind. He is not dependent in any way. Is this going to complicate my being able to sponsor my fiance without a joint sponsor?

Opinions?

My fiance is from Bosnia-Herzegovina and they use both serbian cyrillic and a latin alphabet with special letters. His name in the latin letters (with the special) letters ends in " ". I filled out the section of his name and address in the serbian cyrillic alphabet. Would I include his name with the special character in section 8. Additional information?

I-129F, Part 1 question 5 relevance to K1?

1. I am having trouble understanding how to answer this as it is not applicable to me because I'm filing a K1 for my fiance and not my spouse. Should I select "no" or leave it blank? I don't want to end up getting an RFE for this sort of thing. I tried going off of the example provided on VJ but all of the N/A spaces that are on it are empty and I know that it isn't the best idea to leave things empty.

2. Also, how would I input the A-number (which I don't have) and other "number" fields that are not applicable to me? do I just leave them blank?

My fiance is from Bosnia and lives in the upper entity called Republika Srpska. He also worked for a short time in croatia where there exists "counties". What do I put in the fields for "province" in the address areas for him? Would I just put N/A because the regions he is/was living isn't considered a "province"?
