Bank account question |

So, our case is currently ''in transit''... we had our NOA2 in July. I'm currently almost done selling a home with my ex, for which I had a ''mortgage'' bill paying account (that my ex sends money to for his share of the mortgage per divorce decree) that I plan on closing once I sell the home (we should be closing the first week of October). I was wondering, is it going to be okay if I close this secondary account? only because I have it on my bank account from last month a history of transferring my share of the mortgage money to the before mentioned account for my share of the mortgage bi-weekly. Will it be safe for me to close the account? or will I need it for the interview? I'm obviously not going to be transferring any more money into it because the house is getting sold. I highly doubt that they will be calling us for an interview soon because the people that have been delayed since March are likely to be called in first

I only ask because I have to mail it. Should I wait to fill it out and mail it when we get our interview date? It typically takes three weeks for mail to be delivered to my fianc .

I have been reviewing @greenbaum's link in the PDF of the tips and tricks from NOA2 to Embassy and in the example link of the DS-160 and I was scrolling through the sample and noticed the question: intended stay in the united states. This is kind of a tricky question, being that it is a nonimmigrant visa only valid for 90 days, but obviously we are intending on having him be here forever when we're married and adjusting status! There doesn't appear to be a way of saying ''permanently'' in this field. What would we put in this field? I want to be fully prepared to fill out this form so I'm trying to ask all my questions now

Hello! I am currently working on my husbands I-130 so I can file for him as soon as possible. I have decided to file online and so far it has been pretty straightforward and simple. I am nearing the end and I am confused on what or if I need to upload anything in these sections. It is the Additional Evidence page where it mentions religious records/school records/census records/affidavits/dna results. I am only filing for my spouse, no children and he has never lived or been a resident in the United States. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated :). Thank you!!!
