I've been searching the forums to find more current info on the process after NOA2 and I've been unable to find anything recent/clear. What happens after I (petitioner) receive our NOA2? I'm getting ready to leave the States for 2 months to visit my fianc and anticipate our approval letter arriving somewhere during that timeframe (according to USCIS website processing times, we should have a response as soon as next week and as late as mid-December). I want to make sure I leave behind any important, pre-prepared documents with my parents to mail on my behalf if there's anything that needs to be sent to the NVC once we get the NOA2. In short, do we need to immediately submit any documents after NOA2, or are we just gathering important documents while we wait for our case to be transferred from NVC to the US embassy in my fianc 's home country? Thank you so much in advance and apologies if this has already been addressed in a previous forum.

Hello. I filed 2 I130's. 1 for my wife and 1 for her daughter. Will it be processed as a CR-1 or K-3? Is there anything else I need to do after filing the I130? Thanks

My fianc will interview through the Bolivian embassy for his K-1 interview. I've seen conflicting information on the forum about the K-1 requirements for translated documents. He will get his birth certificate, background check and any other documents translated by a certified ATA translator who will provide a statement certifying the validity of their services. Do I also need to get that translation certification document notarized? I'm hoping that someone with experience with the Bolivian US embassy might be able to weigh in. Thanks in advance!

Hello I have received an email about RFE (I don't know what is about yet) my VAWA was approved last year, I think they want to know about my jobs since I received my EAD where I worked? This is my issue, I rented out my house and that was my income, I never needed to use an EAD will that explanation be enough for them since I have not worked for any employer? Thank you in advance
