US Immigration from Belgium

I am about to relocate to the US.
How did you guys transfer money from a European bank account to a US one?

I arrived in the US on a CR1 visa yesterday. I did not realize it at the time, but the Washington (IAD) CBP officer did not stamp my visa nor my passport. The stamp was supposed to endorse the visa. Doesn't that mean I don't have a temporary I-551 of one year like it says at the bottom of the visa? I asked the officer to change my mailing address. USCIS' Emma confirmed that the address change went through and that my green card is being processed, but could not tell me if I am a Lawful Permanent Resident and that I should ask an immigration lawyer. Emma further asked if I wanted an appointment to get a stamp. I said yes. However, that can take up to 30 days, apparently? Can I do anything at all without an I-551? I wanted to apply for jobs, and have interviews lined up, but I'm not even sure if I can do that now.

Hi my name is Tom married to a us veteran and we have a soon to be 3y old dual citizenship boy we own a house together and I have worked ever since I was able to I recently filled my I-751 removal of condition with around 40 piece's of evidence so to my shock I got my package back with the check still in it saying it was rejected due to mailing address now looking online can't find anything calling and emailing no success so please help me

Hello. Our interview at the embassy was cancelled the evening before the interview date. We were told we would receive a new date in August in the coming week . That was 15 days ago now. We emailed the embassy on Thursday to inquire about an update but have not heard back yet. Should we continue to wait for an email or should we give them a call this coming Thursday?

My wife just got her appointment letter in the mail yesterday and we're both super excited! We haven't received anything talking about biometrics though, which is what I was waiting for. The appointment is for about a month away and tells us what to bring to the interview but doesn't say much else. Is this the appointment where she'll be interviewed and the civics test done? I'm asking so she can know what to expect. If you've done it, how was your experience with this interview and what recommendations do you have on any additional evidence to provide? Also, is this interview followed by the oath ceremony or is that done on another day? Thanks so much!
