US Immigration from Belgium

Hey Guys

Do any of you have a copy of Packet 3 that you got from the US embassy in Brussels? If so, can you share it? Thanks.

All this website has done is given me false hope. It isn t good for me. How do I delete my account?

Hello everyone! Me and my now husband decided to abandon the k1 visa journey and get married instead, we filed aos already and we need to let embassy know that we want to withdraw our k1 petition. What exactly should we write?

My wife has been in the States with me for almost three months now, and she's learning English on the fly. She is Belgian, and her mother tongue is German.

She is a very good driver and a Belgian international DL holder, but my understanding is that her Belgian license is not valid for the long term here in Ohio. We both want her to get her American license as soon as she can, but her English is not good enough to take the exam yet. I don't believe the written exams are available in German. Has anybody had this issue, and possibly a solution?

My petition has been collecting dust at the Nebraska SC since October. I ve seen soooooo many people on here who have gotten approvals in just a couple of months. My timeline on here has said past due for over a month now. I sent everything they wanted and more, and even if I didn t am I not entitled to an RFE? I paid their fee. What the eff is wrong with these people? Do they not understand the concept of first come first serve?

It s infuriating.
