I got rfe for proof of bonafide marriage at USCIS stage. I am trying to upload my documents but they say uploading but are not actually being uploaded. Someone suggested uploading one at a time but the notice says I only have one chance to upload the documents. Has any one had experience with submitting more than one files? I'll attached screenshots

I contacted the Ombudsman office on Monday 8/17 and submitted my medical records to them because I requested an expedite from USCIS and was told on 7/27 "Your case is currently under review by an officer. We regret that we are not able to give you a time frame for when we will complete the review of your application." No reply since then. I also contacted my congresswoman in early July and have not received a response back from them as yet. On Friday I called the Ombudsman again and was told a manager reviewed my request and has placed it in the expedite queue and an analyst should be contacting me within the next few days. What can the ombudsman do for me in this scenario? Am I wasting my time? I'm a veteran and naturalized USC. I was in the US since I was 6 years old. Filing CR1 for my spouse.

My in laws were granted their visas (F3) back in February. Then all this COVID-19 had grounded flights all over the world. They had booked their flight for July 1st. hoping that by then all this would have been over with but unfortunately it isn t. Their flight was automatically rescheduled to July 2nd. Then as the day approached it was rescheduled until July 26th. The borders in Barbados officially open on July 12th but many flights have various dates for resuming service to Barbados. The carrier they are flying on tentatively resumes service on the 25th. Their visas expire on August 5th. My question is this. If they are unable to enter the US before their visa expires. What would be their next step? When is the embassy in Barbados reopening. There is only 1 person in the country with COVID and they came in on a repatriation flight. There is no community spread. All of the last few cases were from individuals on repatriation flights.
