Applying for IR1 visa.
Hello, my spouse had an interview last week, I was not allowed to attend. But they didn t ask him much, and said they d be in touch. The same day, the Consular called me and asked if I could attend an interview with my husband. It turned out to be a stokes interview. They had suspicions due to my lack of travel to see him a few years ago and questioned our meeting online.
we have had a lot of time together for the last 2 years and showed several pictures of that. I also mentioned that we have bills together, a lease together, buying a new house together, and more. But they were not interested in any of that, the only thing they wanted to see were the pictures.

so after the interview she said she has to write up her report and it could be a few weeks. My question is - has anyone gone through a stokes interview? How long does it usually take to hear back?

My husband and I will be going to our interview soon for IR1. We were DQ in April, Our original submission date was October, 30 2021 and we used the now expired i864. We were approved with that 864.

I am wondering if we need to complete the new i864 and take it with us to the interview? We are taking my 2021 tax transcripts since we were approved with 2020 taxes.

My spouse and I are getting ready for our interview, and I have a question:

If I already uploaded photos from our spending time together for the last few years, should I also upload a travel log showing my travel to him or just bring it to interview? Because I m wondering how much travel will they want to see? I could only find travel back to Oct 2020, not back to when we married in 2018. I mean we have wedding photos there and of course our marriage certificate but we also have photos of our other times together over the years.

And for travel the most I could do is travel back and forth from Oct 2020-Now. And most of the travel is to Barbados where he lives now, not where he s from (nor where we married in 2018).

Question- after being DQ d is it safe to upload additional docs, before getting the IL. Or, should we wait until after the IL?

I want to upload a few other pics and supporting documents.

Looking for advice-

we got an RFE for a police certificate Feb 2. We got the certificate in November (husband had to travel to back to the country to get it- he no longer lives there)

We didn t upload it to NVC at that time because we had already submitted our documents in October and we thought we could just take it to the interview. But when we were reviewed in Feb we got an RFE for it.

The concern is this, on the certificate it says it expires after 6 months. By the time we get reviewed again it should still be valid, but we will be within weeks of it expiring. By the time of our interview it may be expired. But it will be hard to get yet another copy because he doesn t live there - he only visited to get the certificate and left. To fly back there again is a hardship and the online process is not trustworthy.

Any advice?
