US Immigration from Bangladesh

I have paid my NVC fees on dec.9th . They took out both of the fees from my account on dec. 10th .

On the CEAC site they open the affidavit of Support section. It says paid and start now .But the DS260 saying in process. It's been more than 8 days . Still saying DS260 in process . When I paid it was saying it takes them up to 3 to 4 business days . But why they would take money from my account and saying still in process. I dont understand and they made one clear but not the other one . Anyone face this problem before ! Please help!!

I paid My IV fee about 2 weeks ago

but its still in process

i call then several time they said sometimes its take little longer to clear

but last fryday they are asking to mail proof of payment from my bank then I requested to speak with supervisors they said they are busy and I requested again the representative hold

me about 5 min and come back and told

me she give it to her supervisor he will review the case

do anyone have same experience before?

please HELP

I paid IV fee 2nd December

but its still on process

is it normal

i call them they said its still on time frame.

The money is taken out from bank on 4 th December .

I paid AOS Fee and IV fee together but

Not submit yet Affidavits of suport

my curent payment status shows AOS fee is paid but IV fee still on proses

can Any one tell me whats is reason for its still on proses is it for not submitting affidavit of support?
