US Immigration from Bangladesh

My I-140 got approved and sent to NVC on September 11, 2019. However, neither me nor my attorney has received anything from NVC yet. My attorney saying they have made a query to NVC on December first week, but no response to that as well. I have tried calling to NVC multiple times, waited about 35 minutes each time, but couldn't get anyone to talk. Does anyone have the same situation? What should I do with this situation - appreciate your suggestion!

For more information - I am from Bangladesh, which means the visa number seems current. So, I am surprised if it should take more than 4 months whereas the NVC portal mentions the normal time should be six weeks.

We just applied for my husband's AOS, and his I94 expires on February 20.

I know he has a period of authorized stay if he has the AOS NOA1, which is why we planned to file in a way so that he can have the NOA before his I94 expires. However, just to be safe, I want him to carry the document from USCIS which states that he is in authorized stay if he has a pending I485 that has yet to be adjudicated. I know the chances of him needing it are slim, but I would rather have factual evidence that he is not out of status if it comes to that.

I tried finding it for hours but no dice. Any help would be appreciated!

Has anyone been successful in geting their AOS approved with just tax transcripts?

I see a lot of RFEs for sending tax returns because a page or two is missing, so to avoid that I wanted to send the tax transcripts only.

Is that okay/allowed? I would not send any W2s or tax returns.

I like to add a joint sponsor but doesnt allow me to upload the documents. Do I need to submit any documents to let them allow it ? But I saw they suggest you to submit all the documents at the same time . Otherwise they will delay your process. I need help with this . Anyone face this problem?

I am the petitioner do I need to proof of us citizenship AOS ?

My wife had her visa interview on November 21, 2019 at Dhaka, Bangladesh. she didnt have her marriage termination documents in native language during interview (we didnt had to submit it at NVC as all our original documents were in english). But the CO said everything is fine they only need to see the document in Native language. So we submitted that document on November 24, 2019 with Passport as instructed in the document given by CO. Initially we could track the passport now it shows information not available. Is anyone else in similar situation ? any idea how long it takes to get this document reviewed.
