my sister is filing for CR1 visa and I am wondering does she need to send passport style photographs of her spouse (who is abroad) along with the I130? Or does she only need photos of herself as she is the petitioner?

I got married in December of 2019 and just e-filed my taxes as married filing jointly using his SSN (we filed for AOS but husband doesn t have EAD yet). However I considered him as nonresident alien since he doesn t yet have his green card. My tax return was accepted by IRS.
Is this okay? I read on visa journey that I have to send a statement saying he has to be considered resident alien for tax purposes? I am a little confused

i filed last month and an wondering if I were to get an RFE for the I864 (affidavit of support), would I have to include the I944 (form of self sufficiency)? I would guess no bc I filed my packet before 2/24 but the rfe would come after that date. I dont think I will get an RFE but just want to know what I m in for because that form looks like a hot mess

1. Regarding family pictures. Do i need to write any description about each pictures at back of the picture

2. Do i need to write any information on top of each document such ssn or A- number

3. Does affidavit from relatives or friends absolutely necessary

I have an F4 case currently processing on NVC where I found a spelling mistake on my principal applicant's name. I have tried to contacting NVC by mailing them about this correction but still didn't get any answer from them. I'm here asking if there is any other way to correct this mistake anyone knows please let me know so i can take the case forward pay the fees and do other necessary steps.
