Hi vj people. I need some help. I am filing n-400 2nd time for my relative. He didn t pass first time in his both chances. As it is now his 2nd application what box should i tick for question 1, part 12 ( question is have you ever claimed to be a us citizen). I wanted to tick yes as he applied once and it s his second time. But some places it s written that Any yes answer of any questions of that part cause the application refused. Please help me if anyone experienced with this issue. Thank you

I wanted to double check if my husband needs to obtain a PCC from Kuwait. He was living and working there for more than 10 years, but left his job there in 2013. I read that he still needs a PCC but also that he can't get one unless he resides in Kuwait. Can someone please help me out, I am so confused.

Hello everyone. I'm currently doing NVC DS-260 form for my family. I had sent them a mail almost two months ago to correct my Date of Birth. Maybe they're not gonna be able to reply due to current situation. Should i wait for them now to reply my email or I can submit DS-260 without it.

My spouse birth certificate is rejected by NVC for not having appropriate seal on certificate

so my wife go back to the department where birth certificate issue

they said they cant fix the seal becuse its too old certificate

insteed of they issue a new certificate with same information with a new issue date

and a certificate that why they issue a new one

does NVC will apcept that ?
