US Immigration from Bangladesh

Hi everyone. Hope you are all doing well.

My husband had his interview on October 28th 2020. He had his interview in dhaka bangladesh embassy. His visa is approved and he recieved a green slip its says Congratulations on your immgrant visa. Kept his passport and told him to pick up when its ready. On 29th October we checked our ceac status . It showing issued and it also saying your visa has printed. Its been over 12 days we haven't receive any email or sms. To collect our passport. I have seen people who had interview on nov.1st ,2nd ,3rd already got their passport. After 3/4 days. My husband called the embassy coustomer service they couldn't help much. I have booked my husband ticket. I had to cancle once. Our case was expedited from NVC. I really worried now. Why its taking so long after visa being issued. I cant find any solution i really dont know what to do. Any expart help will be appreciated.

They Kept my passport. And said they will email you to pick up your passport when its ready . My visa status changed on 29th October. It saying "issued" . You visa is printed. But I still didn't get any email from them to pick up my passport. There are other couple who had their interview after me already got their passport with visa. Its been 12 days already. I called the embassy coustomer service they couldn't help much. I tracked my passport it's still in the embassy. We already booked the flight on 26th of November. I dont know what to do now . Any expart suggestions will be really appreciated!

I have sponsored both my parents for their green card and we are at Submit Supporting Documents Stage in the NVC Process. I am filling out I-864 and find it quite confusing. I am doing this on my own and I want to do this right the first time so I have a few questions

Back Ground: Two individual I-130s were submitted for my mother and father. They have two separate Case Numbers and Invoice Numbers from NVC

Question: Do I need to submit two separate I-864 for my mother and my father?

If yes to above, then lets use mother for example below

Question 1: Part 3 - Information on the Immigrants You Are Sponsoring

(#1) Do I check #1 and leave number 2 alone? If this then Part 3 # 7 will be 1 (Number of immigrants you are sponsoring on this form) correct?
OR
(#2) Do I leave #1 lone and Check # 2 and list both my mother and father? They will be traveling at the same time i.e. within 6 months of each other If this then Part 3 # 7 will be 2 (Number of immigrants you are sponsoring on this form) correct?

Question 2: Part 5: Sould I include my both parents here or just one.

I am sponsoring both my parents so should I put (2) or(1)?
Self (1)
Hubby (1)
Our son Daughter (2)
Total 5 or 6?

I'm the sole sponsor. I'm currently Unemployed and collecting unemployment benefits and my current year income is in line with 125% of FPG. Is this (being unemployed) gonna be a problem to sponsor my parents.

I am curious whether applications submitted to USCIS lockboxes processed in the order they are received, or are they randomly processed from a batch of received applications. I ask because I have noticed that applications submitted to the same lockbox around the same filing dates have a wide variance in the processing times. Even in the same category of applications and similar filing dates, some applications are processed in about 2 weeks, but others are processed by 3 weeks or more than a month. By processing times I am referring to the time interval for cashing checks and issuing receipt notices after receipt of application.

my visa category is cr1, my interview is done last 14 September, in interview conversations everything was fine, I had to do re medical and re police clearance as the previous ones are got expired, After finishing interview consular officer gave me a visa approval pink slip and kept my passport and new police clearance also told me they will return my passport and pc after 2 weeks but it has been 3 weeks i didn t hear anything from them and my ceac status is still showing ready my husband emailed them in reply they said your application requires additional review what does that mean?

could anyone kindly explain it to me is it normal ?? Why my status isn t changing yet??
I am in now tremendously suffocating situation pls help me with your valuable information
