Please advise on RFE: Late Registered Birth Certificate

So, I received RFE 3 weeks ago regarding by F2B petition with my mother and have been asked to provide various documents and proofs regarding that.

The main documents requested basically are the following:

Birth Certificate: I was born in the 80s but the government of Bangladesh only started issuing centralised national birth certificate after Birth Registration Act of 2006. So, I am getting a letter from Birth Registration office of local City Council + another similar letter from Birth Registration head office explaining the reasoning for late registered birth certificate and why my birth certificate was issued in 2008 and not in 1980s when I was born.

Religious Documents: I can't attach as this doesn't exist in our country in any form. I will explain that in the letter. Hence, non availability certificate also can't be provided since no such department exists to provide one.

Early School Records: Early school mark sheets of mine shows only my name and age but no parents name or date of birth. I won't be providing any non-availabilty certificate as it wasn't the norm either to mention those details in school certificate.

Medical Records: I was born at home and not in a hospital. The doctor is a family friend of ours for over 35 years. She will write a letter on her official medical pad explaining she helped deliver me on that day in our home and mention my mom. Hence, no hospital records will be provided as none is applicable.

Census Records: Census records doesn't exist in our country. Same reasoning as for religious records.

Affidavits: 3 affidavits will be provided. My dad, my paternal aunt and my paternal grandmother, whom all are also US Resident explaining they were present during my birth.

DNA Testing: Probably the most important part. I have already initiated the DNA testing with DDC. Currently the US embassy are not accepting DNA tests kit in my country until further notice. But I will be provided a Letter of Compliance to mention that and wait until the DNA testing is being done.

Photos: I will provide photo of me and my mom at age 5, age 16, age 25. Age 5 was the earliest pic I could find of me and my mom unfortunately.

Can anyone please advise if I missed anything or anything I can do better. Thanks in advance!

There is some news about the delays in issuing biometrics appointments USCIS. In a recent webinar hosted by USCIS, they reported that 1.3 million applicants are waiting for biometrics to be scheduled. That is an unbelievably massive backlog, an unfortunate situation overall. You can read more about it in the link below:

I m filling up I-864 and am confused. I m petitioning my Mom and Dad. I have questions:

1 Part 3 Item-1. Information About the Immigrants You Are Sponsoring. Does the only one to check is the box # 1 'YES"?

2 Under it are list of family members. Do I need to include my mom under Family Member 1 if i am filling the I864 for my dad and vice-versa?

3 Part 3 Item-29. Total number of Immigrants You are Sponsoring on this affidavit. Do I have to enter 1 or 2?

Thank you so much for your help!

HI,

My I130 got denied as USCIS said i didn't respond RFE within alloted time. Fact is, i've responsed to them within alloted time also USCIS updated my case that they received RFE eveidence. I've all the supporting documents to proof that i did respond timely to USCIS. Thus, i filed MTR through I290B along with all supporting documents along with RFE documents to USCIS on 0ct 6 2020 since i had no option to appeal against USCIS decision. They received I290b from and issued a case number on Oct 26 2020. How long USCIS can take to process I290B ? Need help. Questions on eligibility

So my sister has lived in USA for 3 years out of the last 3.5 years in USA since receiving Green Card. As far I am concerned she has already completed the 30 months requirements.

She recently got married and hence planning to stay abroad with her husband in Canada for the next 1 year - 11 months out of 12 months with 15-20 days of returning to USA before every 6 months to not stay abroad for more than 180 days.

She is planning to return to USA on her 4.5 years and stay continuously 6 months so she can apply for naturalization.

1. Is it mandatory to stay 180 days out of 365 to be eligible for naturalization? Someone advised her that's the case. The lawyer in question saying if she doesn't stay for 6 months in USA in a year, she won't get US passport. Is this correct?

2. Her husband is planning to apply for her Canadian PR. She is expected to become Canadian PR before she reaches 4.5 years. Will that have any adverse effect on her naturalization process? Does getting a PR of another country makes it harder during USCIS interview or her intent to become US citizen?

3. On her last year, she will be away for the first 6 months. Then 6-9, the 3 months she is planning to stay in USA to be eligible for naturalization. Is this fine and can she apply for naturalization after her 9th month and obviously she will stay the rest of the 3 months on the same state?

Thanks!
