US Immigration from Bangladesh

I'm an applicant, my spouse (petitioner) income of 2021 won't cross the poverty line to sponsor me. Thus, we decided to add a joint sponsor for our case. But, our sponsor can't provide last three year (2018-2020) W2 as he didn't keep those in record but he gave Tax return Transcript and wage and income statement (IRS copy) in place of W2 of last 3 years. I would like to know whether NVC will accept wage and income statement (IRS copy) in place of W2 though income details are showing on wage and income statement.

Apart form above, my sponsor filed taxes jointly but his income is good enough to sponsor me. I would like to know what documents shall i upload of her spouse with form I864A ?

so uscis recently scheduled my wife's interview for N400 while I-751 is waiting for interview to be schedule since October 2020. now my question, is it going to be automatic combo interview or do i have to do something to make it happen.any suggestions will be appreciated. thank you guys

My spouse's i130 was approved she in the USA. We selected adjustment of status while filing the i130. Now we are changing to consular processing since her f1 visa is over and we did not file adjustment of status in time.
Can anyone tell me the consular processing time would be for our case? Will take too long to send the case to NVC by filing i824?

I am a green card holder(US permanent resident) and my spouse is/was a F1 student. Her i130 was approved 9 months ago. But we have not filed for her adjustment of status yet. She was going to pursue a higher degree in the same university after her graduation in May. Her university did not notify her that she needs to update the i20 within 60 days as a result she is out of status now for one month. Her university is advising her to apply for reinstatement. But to decide that we need to know if we can still file for her adjustment of status(i485) at the same time or should we wait for one or the other? Can anyone please suggest the best way to get out of this deep trouble or share their insight into the situation?

Anyone knows how long supervisor review takes?

So my case is expedited June 4th and DQed Aug 6th.

They haven't transferred my case, after multiple calls, they put it under supervisor review on Aug 17th.

Contacted embassy, no help. I see other expedited case gets transferred in few days after DQ.
