We got married in 2018 and I got interviewed in US Embassy Dhaka this year January but case stuck in administrative Process since then. Today my wife is dead due to Covid what should I do now?

Respected members & lawyers of visa Journey My wife is an US citizen by birth , also the petitioner of our case she is in hospital with low Oxygen level with high of sugar level, In these crucial situations please help me to give suggestions what is the possible thing i could do at this Moment as my interview date was January 19th 2021 at Dhaka Us Embassy Bangladesh. Visa officer he will contact me very soon but its seems they forgot about this case since then same reply from embassy to wait. She is admitted in a hospital in her local area my Mother in Law her only local guardian who is currently out of city due to her work. In this Crucial Situation Please help me to get some advice for that . IT'S URGENT, let me know if anything needs to be provided. i have called and email the US embassy Dhaka but they are saying to wait . Can you Believe embassy saying this at this Emergency situation......!!!!

Hello After almost 2 years of waiting and frustrations, our case was sent to the embassy so I should be able to schedule an interview soon. Only issue is I had to leave my job this month. As far as I know, I need a job letter and sponsor and show I have enough savings bht without a job - how can I do the sponsor? Does anyone know if I can do joint sponsor? Thank you

Hello all, We have our green card interview on 12/3. I will be the main sponsor (petitioner) but do not have 3 years of taxes since I was not required to file in 2018. I have the transcript from the IRS showing no record was found for 2018. Will this be okay?

Hello, We applied for our AOS in January of 2020. My sister was a joint sponsor because we didn t make enough. We finally got our interview date for December 3rd, and in these 2 years each of us make enough to be the sole sponsor. Can I bring new I-864 and sponsor documents to be the new sponsor or will they go off of what was sent with the AOS documents?
