How is everyone holding up?

I do believe in God and everything is done in His timing and not my own. Just that this COVID 19 is testing my patience. My love and I, had plans and it had to be postpone.

1. He works at a hospital (essential worker) so he couldn't even come n visit me when we planned. I am grateful we were able to spend time together during valentines weekend.

2. We had to stop all the wedding plans because we do not know at this rate when we can have the wedding.

3. We are praying that the forms and rules do not change to be more difficult or serve before we are able to submit our I-130 form.

I always had a tourist visa and both of us are employed at hospitals at our respectively home country (US and Bahamas) and we are saving for our wedding, applications fees and our new home. (yes we counting out pennies)

I have to say we are praying for all that they will over come this season of life and we all will be able to be with our live loves sooner that later.

Oh how I miss him dearly. Face time is getting boring.

How are you guys making it through and passing the time by during these uncertain times.

Does anyone know whether or not citizens married to AOS applicants (we haven t been approved yet) qualify for the stimulus refund? We already filed our 2019 taxes back in February.

My stepdaughter has been in the US on a student visa for a couple of years. She is currently using OPT Stem which expires in September 2020. She has already applied for an extension and is not eligible for another. She is unmarried and over the age of 21 and applying for graduate school. Her father, my husband, is a LPR. We want to adjust her status but I am not sure if I use the same forms to adjust my husband's status or different forms.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Wanting to ensure that my fiancee and I read all instructions and have the necessary documents ready which form-forms are we eligible to submit.

I presently have a visitor visa and after our wedding I will be returning to live in my home country. Should I only apply for the I-130 or can I complete a concurrent filing form of i-130/I130a and i-485 and I-765 I-131 one time?

Like title says we sent transcripts to show she makes above the 125% for our household size but they are asking for a joint sponsor. Need a little advice. Could this be a mix up on their end? Should we just resend the transcripts and maybe a little more info like letter from employer and paystubs?
