So my fianc submitted his DS-160 and paid the visa fee and got his receipt number. He's already emailed packet 3 back to the embassy and I've just noticed his middle name which is in his passport is not printed on his DS-160 confirmation page and is not on his profile for the visa application where he paid the $265 fee. Is this going to be an issue?

I need a little guidance with I134 annual income. I am both self employed and employed. I am a bit confused on what exact number I am supposed to fill in for "my annual income is" Part 3 question 3. I am providing my tax transcripts for evidence for fiance's K1 interview (next week-Australia). But am using 1040 as my guide for filling out income question. EMPLOYMENT- On my 2019 1040, line 1 for wages, salaries, tips is $25, 353. Line 7B for total income is $25,178. SELF EMPLOYMENT- 1040 for Schedule C lines 1,3,5,7 for gross profit and income is at $2906. I have been reading the consulate looks at line 22- which is at $175. Can someone confirm this? What is my total annual income? Which numbers am I adding up? My guess is 25353+2906 = $28,259 total annual income. I am doubting myself, however.

Wondering if anyone else has had this trouble - just got our paperwork from NVC postponed again (this had been the most annoying drag around) and this time they wrote "Please replace this with an acceptable police certificate...etc" New Zealand doesn't send you the police certificate, they send it to the consulate directly. So we scanned the email stating what we ordered and where it would be sent. Did anyone else run into this? I've emailed the consulate and am waiting to see what they say as well - but I'm pretty much at wit's end...

Hi there! My boyfriend (US Citizen) and I (Australian Citizen) have been together for nearly 5 years, doing long distance and are ready to close the gap. I m currently visiting the US for just over 3 weeks, we re trying to figure out our next move. Two areas I d like advice on: 1) which visa would be the best route - K-1 or CR-1? 2) if CR-1, since I m currently visiting the US and going back to Australia, would it be possible (and legal) for us to get married now? Then apply for CR-1 when I get back to Australia? I took time off work to come visit, as well as family in home country. Background: - We met online mid 2015, have visited each other multiple times since 2016. He came and lived in Australia with me on a Work Holiday visa May 2018 - May 2019. I d like to ultimately live in the US with him. We ve been planning on getting married, but have been confused which visa would be best. I ve been leaning towards the CR-1, as it is the least restricting on me. But of course that means we d have to get married before filing for it. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi all, Earlier in 2019 I submitted an application for a Canadian IEC Work Experience Visa, and was sent a letter stating that it had been approved, and that I had until 17 June 2020 to enter Canada and begin the visa. For various complicated reasons, I want to delay the start date beyond then, and instead move to Canada later in 2020, e.g. December. I'm currently living in London. So I'm thinking of flying in to Toronto early in June, just to get the visa started, and then flying back to London and continuing there until December 2020, at which time I would leave London and properly move to Canada. Do you foresee any risks in doing this? Are there any rules in Canadian immigration law against this? E.g. are you supposed to permanently move to Canada immediately upon receiving the visa? Or do they allow you to come and go as you please, as long as it's within a 12 or 24 month period of the start date? Your guidance and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading!
