US Immigration from Australia

Hi I've recently separated from the military and come back from Australia. I have had multiple interviews with no outcome and want to use my GI Bill. So my question is can I use my GI Bill income along with a part time job for the affidavit of support? I've seen another couple from Australia be denied recently due to public charge. My wife will hopefully have her law degree and I will be half way through my fire science with a part time job, apart from income what other things can we do to lessen the chance of us being thought of as public charge risk. I.E. Should she have job offers lined up and childcare sorted.

Hi all, I would like to ask what document would be similar to a certificate of employment for my fiance (petitioner) who works for the air force?

We haven t received the letter from the NVC yet but we just want to be prepared as early as now. NOA2 date - Feb.12, 2020.

He has prepared the Statement of service and addressed it to NVC. Will that be okay? The statement of service just provides his position, date join, date when he'll be discarged and awards received.

I filed I-130 for both of my parents early September 2019. If you have similar timeline, please join the group. It's Texas Service Center and they are currently working on early August 2019 cases, hopefully my parents' will be processed next month.

Received our NOA1 last week but upon reading threads from 5 years ago, I noticed people had RFE's when only one divorce certificate had been submitted. Has this happened to anyone in more recent times after getting their NOA1?

Heya, Hope this is the correct place to ask, obviously we have a 129f in place, and im trying to schedule my interview time, however on the site for it, its asking me my priority date, even though i know the 129f doesnt have a priority date, so any idea in how im supposed to go about completing this?

On our I-797 notice of action letter, there is no priority date. it is blank.
