Hi all,

I just wanted to ask help. I am already asked to create a profile through USTravelDocs, but in my case, I have an account as I already have a tourist visa.

So what I did was (please se steps below):

1. Clicked - New application/schedule appointment

2. Ticked - Visa > Immigrant

3. Ticked - Visa class > K1

4. Validated - Passport details

5. Updated - Mailing address

6. Next was Payment details ( I haven't paid yet as I am not sure if what I am doing is correct)

I am just confused as they are requiring me to fill out a DS-160 which is a NON-IMMIGRANT application but I don't know how to apply a DS-160 when I already have an account.

Help please!

Thank you! :)

Waiting for K1 visa from Sydney Consulate

Hello everyone,

I attended my K1 interview in Sydney on 25th February. It went smoothly and I was told by the interviewer that he was recommending our case for approval.

I was just interested to hear from anyone else who's been interviewed recently in Sydney in regard to getting your passport back. The reason being I read a recent review of the Sydney Consulate by a member who was interviewed a week after me and received their passport back 2 days later!

My CEAC status still says "Ready... Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section"

Should I be concerened, or am I being not patient enough and overly anxious?

I-134 supporting documents unemployed

I am preparing my I-134 and supporting documents for my fianc to take to his interview in a couple weeks. I am using my 2016, 2017 and 2018 taxes. I was unemployed all of 2019 (living in fiance's country). I am back in the US now and will be starting my job on the same day my fianc has his interview so I will just be sending my official offer of employment letter to him since that's all I can provide from my job. When filling the I-134 should I list my current annual income or what my income was on my most recent taxes? My income will soon be similar to my 2018 taxes once I start this job, but my bank statements for the past year won't back that up so should I just say I'm unemployed on the form and leave my income as $0 and send the letter with my fianc so he can explain I will be starting work? We have a co/joint sponsor who meets all of the requirements so I'm not too worried. I just don't want them to reject us because I fill something out incorrectly.

SYDNEY VISA INTERVIEW

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to ask if you know a similar case with: a Filipino citizen, studying or working in Australia and was interviewed in Sydney.

I studied my Masters here in Australia and currently working, and my visa will expire this year.

I met my fiance through his cousin who was my colleague when I was still in the Philippines, but we only message and Facetime then to communicate. We met in person on the 4th year of our relationship when I went to the U.S. and then he went to the Philippines with me to meet my family and during that visit, the proposal happened.

I just want to know what what may be the possible questions for me for my visa interview since I am currently residing in a foreign country.

Thank you very much for all your help. :) Really appreciate it. :)
