I-864 - Only filed TWO out of THREE recent tax returns |

Situation My wife is a US citizen and we are at the stage of uploading our I-864, Affidavit of Support. - We are using a joint sponsor, but obviously my wife still has to upload an I-864 of her own, even though her income does not qualify.
- She has filed her tax returns for the two most recent years, 2019 and 2018
In 2017 though - she was a full-time student, made no income and therefore was not required to file a return. - We will upload a signed statement explaining this, along with a copy of her most recent tax return (2019).
Question On the I-864 for Q23a: Have you filed a Federal income tax return for each of the three most recent years? ---> Does she check NO just because we're missing the third one? And then Q24c: 3rd Most Recent ----> Does she write N/A and None under income? Finally, does she check Q25: I was not required to file a Federal income tax return as my income was below the IRS required level ----> Or is that only if you weren't required to file for the MOST RECENT tax year and therefore have no tax transcript/return to upload. Thank you for your help

Hello all! My fianc and I are trying to pay for our interview at the Sydney consulate and one of the pieces of data they require is our priority date , but we re having trouble determining what it should be. According to the interwebs it should be on our I-797C form, but nothing there says Priority date . We only have a received date of Nov 18th and a notice date of Nov 22nd on that form. We contacted the consulate support and they re telling us our priority date is March 3rd, which is very confusing. On the website to pay the interview fee it states that any incorrect information may result in delays or the forfeiting of the fee, so we re trying to make sure it s correct before paying Anyone able to add some clarity? Thanks so much!

I checked my Case status on the CEAC website today and clicked through the links to look at how to prepare for my interview. I came across a section that says I MAY need to present a completed DS-5540 Public Charge Questionnaire. It's a little confusing (especially since it needs to all be in US dollars), in that it's asking a lot of specific questions pertaining to already living in America (Ie_ do you have health insurance in the US, List your US federal tax returns, as well as all assets etc in US dollars) Is this worth completing, since I may not even need to present it? I've never heard of anyone else completing one... Australian applying for a K-1 Visa.

Hi all, again So, we're at the NVC stage. My husband moved back to the US to re-establish domicile and get a job so he can sponsor us (me and our USC daughter). 1. He did no work for the whole of 2019, has not filed taxes (yet), does NVC need 2019 tax transcript? Or can we upload 2016, 2017, 2018? 2. He has just started working - he works for a Federal Government Department and has only had 2 pay checks. How many pay stubs should we upload? Should we upload his employment contract, bank statements etc as-well? 3. He earns well over the 125% FPG - should we still consider a joint sponsor? I only question this because in 2019 he earned 0 due to being in Australia and not working. I've searched here and I can't find my answer, if someone knows the answers or can re-direct me that would be FAB! Thank you all
